Jose Solis, alongside his father Pito, nurtures a deep-rooted passion for coffee, maintaining their family's tradition of producing it in El Vapor and Naranjo, within the Los Santos Growing Region. Pito's expertise as a coffee farmer shines through in his meticulous care for the coffee nurseries, fostering both their own farm and aiding other farmers in cultivating new and superior varieties. From their farm in Naranjo, Jose crafts the renowned micro lot, El Bebedero, benefiting from the area's unique microclimate and altitude, resulting in exceptional coffee cherries, a testament to their dedication and skill in coffee cultivation.
