The original Aesir filters were developed as Eldric Kuzma was preparing for the 2016 Canadian AeroPress Championship. The result of extensive testing of a range of types of paper to find one that makes the best possible cup of coffee, these new filters have a small pore size that makes for a full-bodied cup with less sediment, giving you a noticeably cleaner and more vibrant coffee.

A must have for the Aeropress

Top notch paper filters for the Aeropress. Just pre-wet the filters and it brews a very clean cup. Once the pile is done I'll order some more!

Perfect fit, nice weight and reduced fines in my cup vs stock and high quality mesh filters.

Better filter then AeroPress

I used to get muddy water look from the original aeropress filter. The Aesir thick filter makes the coffee looks better and taste.
I would get 300 pack instead of the 100. It's a better deal.

Best Filters Available

I will have an incredibly difficult time using any other filter. Spectacular service from Eight Ounce as well!

Bought for travel

Bought these ahead of my travels knowing I would be using Aeropress for my daily brews and they did not disappoint. As promised, there was an improvement in clarity and I will probably opt to use these moving forward.

Clean taste

Love the increased clarity from these filters. The improved cost now that they are in packs of 300 is appreciated. However, it might be in my imagination but they seem thinner now than when I first started purchasing these several years ago.
