We strongly believe you can enjoy an unopened bag of coffee 10 or more weeks past the roast date; however, we still aim to reduce pricing by 20% for any coffee once it is 6 weeks past roast.

A Matter of Concrete initially intended for each coffee number to be unique, yet the classic Brazilian coffee labeled as 001 holds a special place. It serves as afoundational coffee with sentimental value and a profile beloved by all. Patricia, a lawyer turned coffee farmer, along with her husband, ventured into coffee farming in 2016, facing numerous challenges but persisting with dedication and respect for nature. Their coffee, now a single origin classic Brazilian blend, boasts a balanced profile with chocolate notes and various nut flavours, offering a glimpse into their inspiring journey. The AMOC jars are made from lightweight, fully recyclable PET and are reusable.
