COF-DT-0100Mayole Coffee's naturally processed coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in the Dida Hora kebele, Uraga woreda, Guji zone, Ethiopia. Comprised of heirloom varieties Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, the cherries are processed both on the farms and at the Dida Hore drying station, owned and operated by Ture Waji of Sookoo Coffee and Mayole Coffee. Ture’s commitment to the community is evident through education initiatives, pre-harvest loans, and expanding sourcing operations to areas like Haro Wolabo, Hambella, and Anna Sora. This vibrant coffee offers tasting notes of gooseberry, guava, and cantaloupe, reflecting the rich heritage and meticulous care of the Guji region
