Francy Castillo, a producer from Arboleda, Nariño, cultivates Pink Bourbon coffee on her farm, El Uberrimo, at an altitude of 2148 MASL. She ferments the coffee in cherry anaerobically for about 70 hours, then de-pulps, washes, and dries it on covered patios for 16 days. With a background in agronomy and experience from FNC and a private export lab, Francy is dedicated to advancing her coffee expertise.
