The Sítio São Geraldo farm is a family-owned farm passed down through generations. In 2013, Bruno De Souza Reis received a part of the farm with 1800 newly planted trees as a gift, igniting his passion for coffee. Despite challenges (financial market, climate change, etc), his determination and family support have resulted in continuous improvement in coffee quality, showcasing a juicy, sweet, and fruit-forward profile in the final cup. Brazil beans & Eight Ounce roast profile

I roasted these as per Eight Ounce’s (kaffelogic) profile. Very nice! And what a surprisingly bright & fruity result! There were nutty notes, too, but that wasn’t what popped out at first taste . It’s not like any Brazil I’ve ever had. Quite a bit more lively! Can’t be sure if it’s the profile or the bean, so I’ll have to roast again with another profile & compare. :>)
