Black & White - Riripa

Producer Negusse Debela, a former computer entrepreneur turned coffee producer, has been revolutionizing Ethiopian specialty coffee since 2008 through his company SNAP Specialty Coffee. This washed lot, sourced from 742 smallholder farmers in the Riripa community, undergoes meticulous fermentation and sun drying on raised beds to achieve optimal quality. In the cup, expect balanced acidity with notes of lemon zest, dark honey, and apricot, reminiscent of lemon pound cake, with a delicate touch of floral and tropical undertones.
