We ship all orders to the U.S. from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.
Restrictions to the U.S.A..
Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.
Consistent and effective cleaning is the number one way to keep your espresso and coffee drinks tasting delicious and fresh. Using coffee specific products on your equipment is also essential to making it last, and must be part of your daily maintenance routine.
