Join us at Eight Ounce Coffee HQ for the inaugural Canadian Stronghold Roasting Championship! Across a mandatory three-day tournament, 15 competitors will showcase their roasting skills live on the Stronghold S2. Culminates in a live public tasting on Saturday to crown the Canadian Champion.
