Cafēn began as a quiet home ritual and grew into a brew bar on Edinburgh's Dundas Street. Lightly roasted, radically transparent, and built to honour the world's top farmers — from Wilder Lasso's Anaerobic Geisha to an Orange Bourbon by J.R Acevedo. No ordinary cup here.
