DAK - Milky Cake Filter (250g)

Very prominent, but light, spice flavour. Presents a really pleasant creaminess and great black coffee. One of the best beans I've had this year.

If you’ve never had this coffee, it is worth a try definitely not a daily drinker but very interesting and flavorful. I would compare it to September’s “buttercream”. Anyways, I had this coffee from Dak last year, and this batch is similar but a little bit more subtle.

I could taste the vanilla cake in this coffee, interesting co-ferment.

Used it as a steak rub. Made it taste like a milk steak. Me and the boys slopped em up.

I got Milky Cake after seeing people rave about it online and it lives up to the hype. The cardamom and pistachio notes are strong, it tastes like dessert.

It’s an amazing coffee bean with a surprisingly strong pistachio flavor. I’ve found that the best brew ratio is 1:17 at 91 °C, which brings out a bold, juice-like profile with a balanced sweet-and-sour taste.

Great daily coffee

I tried milky cake back to back with September buttercream (same coffee) and slightly prefer the Dak version!

Gave as a gift to my husband and he loved it. Glad that eight ounce can provide coffees like this!
