We work hard to have a rotating selection of freshly roasted coffee; however, sometimes the coffee ends up on our shelves for longer than we intended.

Our team strongly believes that, thanks to the airtight sealed bags with one-way valves often used by small-batch roasters today, you can enjoy an unopened bag of coffee well past 10 or even 20-weeks past roast date. Still, we aim to reduce pricing by 20% for any bags of coffee once they are 6-weeks past roast at the time of shipping. Please note that coffee cannot be discounted while in transit.

Please note that unless otherwise indicated, all coffee is sold as whole bean. Due to health and safety protocols, we are not able to grind whole beans prior to shipping.
