COF-DI-0012This single-origin coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia offers a complex and rich aromatic profile, with fruity notes of plum, vinous sweetness, and hints of cocoa beans. Grown at altitudes between 1900 and 2050 metres, this grade 1 microlot comes from the Guji Kercha station in Banko Michicha, Kercha district. The station works with 150 local smallholder farmers who cultivate landrace varieties of Kurume, Wolisho, and Dega. The lot undergoes extended cherry fermentation in vacuum-sealed stainless steel tanks with a CO2 venting valve, enhancing its distinctive and authentic flavours
