Free Standard Shipping over $100

We ship all orders to the U.S. from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Restrictions to the U.S.A..

Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Kettles

The way we pour is a difficult and personal decision. Kettle weights, handles, spouts, and control must all be taken into account. You may even decide on different kettles for different brew methods (we do). The kettles below provide accurate pour control, mostly by a gooseneck spout, with comfortable handles and varying weights. Choose wisely.
