We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. Customers

Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.

At the start of each month, we will release a brand new selection of coffees from our roaster program – this is the Mix! We’re big fans of discovering new coffee.

Nope! The Coffee Club Mix box can be added to your cart just like any other item.

Every bag in the Coffee Club Mix will have been roasted within 8 weeks (at maximum) from when an order has been placed.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee coffee will be within 8 weeks of the roast date when it is delivered. This is due to variable shipping ETAs or potential delays in transit.

No, The Coffee Club Mix is not a subscription service.

Every box you build with the Mix is a one-time purchase, allowing you to explore up to 6 sample bags of coffee at a time with absolutely no commitment moving forward (and you still get the bundling discount)!
