Tasting Notes: Watermelon, Blood orange, Strawberry & cream

These local landrace varieties, were picked by smallholders from the Uraga forest region of Guji, Ethiopia and delivered to the Tebe Melge washing station to be processed. The ripe fruit was dried on raised beds allowing wild yeasts to create fruity esters before being depulped.

Sweet a floral

This is a low solubility bean, make sure to use a high extraction recipe like Tetsu 4:6. Was able to consistently get delicious, sweet cups.
