Sebastian Ramirez, a fourth-generation coffee producer from Quindio, Colombia, grows Pink Bourbon on his farm, El Placer, at 1,650-2,000m. The beans undergo a meticulous process involving 100 hours of Carbonic Maceration followed by fermentation with hops, resulting in a clean, juicy, and herbal cup profile. This coffee stands out with notes of hops, florals, and citrus, reminiscent of a juicy IPA, with a light body and a crisp finish.
