September - Keramo

The Keramo site, located at 2,360 masl in Ethiopia, is managed by Daye Bensa and has garnered Cup of Excellence awards for its exceptional coffee production. The coffee is hand-picked, floated to remove defects, de-pulped, wet-fermented for 36-72 hours, and then dried on raised beds. The result is a cup with aromas of lemon-lime soda and peach, featuring vibrant acidity, tropical notes, a long sweet finish, and a light body, derived from the diverse Landrace varietals endemic to Ethiopia.
