COF-SP-0087The Keramo site, located at 2,360 masl in Ethiopia, is managed by Daye Bensa and has garnered Cup of Excellence awards for its exceptional coffee production. The coffee is hand-picked, floated to remove defects, de-pulped, wet-fermented for 36-72 hours, and then dried on raised beds. The result is a cup with aromas of lemon-lime soda and peach, featuring vibrant acidity, tropical notes, a long sweet finish, and a light body, derived from the diverse Landrace varietals endemic to Ethiopia.
