Assembly Coffee - Hermanos Guerreros

This coffee comes from the Guerrero family in El Palto, near Jaén, where they have been farming for three generations. Since 2006, the family has worked on separate 2-hectare plots, sharing washing and drying stations. After discovering the specialty coffee market in 2020, they began replanting varieties like Marshell and Geisha, and introduced irrigation to adapt to drier conditions. Through Falcon’s Specialty Plus program, they refined their processing, resulting in an outstanding honey process coffee scoring 88 points. The family has also improved their washed coffees, increasing scores by 2.5 points with the help of tools provided by the program
