COF-BL-0049Chachagüi is a natural-processed blend from five producers—Ruby Alida Paguatian, José Ernesto Burbano, Juan Francisco Ortiz Sepúlveda, Yermy Pedraza, and Jorge Erazo—in the picturesque municipality of Chachagüi, Nariño, Colombia. Grown at elevations up to 2,000 meters, the cherries underwent a 24-hour dry fermentation and were dried using proprietary methods tailored by each producer. The cup offers a fruity and sweet profile with notes of chocolate-covered cherry, dried mango, and navel orange, complemented by a silky milk chocolate finish, blending innovation and tradition into a delightful coffee experience
