After being picked at peak ripeness, the cherries underwent a 48-hour fermentation in-cherry, allowing natural bacteria to ferment the sugars and produce lactic acid, enhancing the coffee's acidity. The coffee was then washed and dried in the traditional Colombian fashion, resulting in a clean and sweet profile. With approachable flavors of sweet citrus, plums, and brown sugar, this coffee offers a familiar and enjoyable experience, making it an excellent single-origin choice to share with friends and family
