This washed coffee is produced by Diego Campos at Finca Tamina in La Plata, Huila, Colombia, at an elevation of 1,950 meters. After being picked at peak ripeness, the cherries underwent a 48-hour fermentation in-cherry, allowing natural bacteria to ferment the sugars and produce lactic acid, enhancing the coffee's acidity. The coffee was then washed and dried in the traditional Colombian fashion, resulting in a clean and sweet profile.
