Black & White - Halo Hartume
COF-BL-0055Produced by Mijane Worassa at the Halo Hartume washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, this washed coffee is cultivated at elevations between 1,900 and 2,100 meters. The hand-picked cherries undergo de-pulping, underwater fermentation for 24–48 hours, and are then dried on African drying beds for 10–14 days. The result is a clean and sweet cup with subtle floral notes, hints of lemongrass, a smooth milk chocolate texture, and a finish reminiscent of black tea
