never go wrong with Dak

One can never go wrong with Dak coffee! Suitable for either pour over or aeropress:) Taste delicate when extracting shots and blend with oat milk:)

Nice Ethiopia coffee

Thanks for your asking. I would like to say it’s another good Ethiopia coffee from Dak. Don’t miss to give a try.

DAK knocks it out of the park every time for me and my partner. The lavender notes were interesting, especially with the other fruity notes! Big fan of this.

Delicate flavour profile

Love the flavour profile of this coffee, especially good for pour over.

Vivid and pleasant acidity

First time trying coffee from DAK and I'm liking it. This Ethiopian heirloom beans are small with high density. I feel gingerbread aroma while brewing. In mouth, it starts pretty mild and then in one second the vivid acidity comes out. It is probably the highest level of acidity that I would like to accept, so it is still quite pleasant. I'm sure I'll explore more characteristics of this coffee with different brewing settings.
