DAK - Banana Split Omni
COF-DA-0217Produced at Finca Milan in Risaralda, Colombia, this Castillo coffee undergoes advanced mixed fermentation, incorporating sourdough starters with yeast, bacteria, and microbes from pineapple and banana during its 170-hour fermentation process. After sun-drying, the coffee is meticulously cleaned and packed to preserve its vibrant flavors. The resulting cup is reminiscent of banana milkshake with notes of toffee, caramel, and pineapple, making it a delightful choice, especially when paired with milk. For this coffee, the filter roast performs fantastic for espresso as well and therefore DAK uses the same roast for both options. A label "omniroast" will appear on your box for this reason.
