Cherries are selectively handpicked, inspected, and washed before undergoing a 48-hour fermentation in tanks. They are then dried for 48 hours before being pulped, with the parchment and mucilage returned to raised beds to finish drying over 14 days. The result is a jammy and creamy cup with notes of berry marmalade, fluffy cream, and brown sugar, delivering a sweet and fun espresso experience
