I was scared

The green apple coferment had me worried, but this is an awesome, somewhat malic-forward espresso option that integrates really well.

Light roast

On a much lighter side than I expected, a bit challenging to dial in, but the reward is delicious :)

nice apple taste

Very nice green apple taste. As others have said a bit difficult to dial in due to it being a blend. I've had best results with a turbo shot at 1:3 ratios.
