At the Rumudamo Washing Station, cherries are carefully sorted before undergoing a 144-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels, followed by washing and drying on African beds. This 74158 variety grown at 2300m delivers bright notes of peach and mandarin, with delicate floral undertones.

This Darling Peach had loads parchment still on the beans, and chaff in the bag, though (when removed) this Darling Peach tastes good.

Clean, sweet, bright, balanced acidity, restrained but pleasant stonefruit notes. Not as exotic as some other DAK offerings, but a nice balanced cup.
