The farm grows specialty varieties, meticulously fermenting cherries for 100–120 hours after selecting only those with a 22 Brix sugar content. Not a fan of Naturals yet this is still good

This is the second or third Natural processed coffee and it taught me I don’t enjoy the fermented boozy flavors that accompany natural processed coffee. The bean is great and has a pleasant cherry dark chocolate front note but for me the aftertaste is not enjoyable. Simply a personal preference!

Not my style

I bought it when it was on a sale (past its optimal roasting date). I tried it with different brewing methods to give it a fair shot but after all it had a cheesy taste that was not my style
