It’s a characterful coffee with bright fruit notes that is a tasty way to dial in a pouring routine. Through 8oz I’ve found a new roaster including Wild from David Kim.

David Kim Coffee - WILD, Ethiopia, Natural

Delicious and Unique

David Kim has come highly recommended from some friends and the tasting notes lined up with what I normally like so I went with it. Not at all disappointed. It has some unique notes that aren't that common with a natural, while still having that heavier flavour that is common with naturals. Super complex and delicious. I've been loving every cup.
