This yellow honey-processed SL28 variety is cultivated by Ricardo Pérez at Finca Santa Lucia in Costa Rica's West Valley, at an elevation of 1,700 meters. The yellow honey process involves leaving approximately 25% to 50% of the mucilage on the coffee seeds during drying, enhancing the coffee's sweetness and body. The result is a bright and vibrant cup with flavors of fresh apricots, golden delicious apple, and a finish reminiscent of homemade dulce de leche
