Tasting Notes: Lemon Peel, Hazelnuts, Orange Jam

Mexico Tenejapa is a specialty coffee with a vibrant aromatic profile, featuring fresh notes of lemon peel, soft hazelnuts, and a delicate touch of orange marmalade. Grown in the Tenejapa region of Chiapas, at altitudes between 1000 and 1350 meters, it consists of Caturra, Costa Rica, Typica, and Marsellesa varieties. The washed process enhances the purity and complexity of the flavours, offering a unique coffee experience. Tenejapa, known for its rich indigenous culture, is predominantly inhabited by the Tzotzil Maya people, who maintain traditional customs and practices, evident in their language, clothing, and artisanal crafts
