COF-FR-0010Don Marcelino Chinguel and his family from La Lucuma farm in Peru grow the Marshell varietal, a mutation of Bourbon known for its high yield and complex flavour profile. With over forty years of experience, the Chinguel family carefully handles all aspects of the farm, from harvest to quality control. The coffee is washed using a precise method, including 36–48 hours of fermentation, followed by drying on raised African beds. Their commitment to quality has earned them recognition in competitions like the Peru Cup of Excellence
