Hatch - Rumudamo
COF-HC-0133Rumudamo Station, situated in Arbegona village within the Sidama zone, is managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma and operates at an elevation of 2,200 meters above sea level. The station specializes in producing Washed, Honey, and Natural coffees, with over 600 farmers contributing their cherries, primarily of the 74112 Heirloom Variety. For the Washed lot, cherries undergo depulping, wet fermentation, washing, and are then dried on African beds. This high-elevation coffee hub has demonstrated excellence, earning 2nd and 3rd place in the 2020 Cup of Excellence of Ethiopia.
