Grown at 600 masl, it undergoes 120 hours of anoxic fermentation, followed by a slow drying process over 20 days, enhancing its complex profile. C. liberica is a different species of coffee from arabica, meaning that it has different aromatic compounds, acids, lipids, sugars, caffeine content, and ideal growing conditions from arabica. The liberica species offers a naturally low caffeine content, elevating sweetness while balancing its bold, syrupy body. Expect rich, tropical fruit notes with subtle floral undertones, a testament to 96B's innovative approach to fermentation and coffee quality.
