Jindo Coffee - Star Dust Trail Mix

This coffee comes from Daterra in Brazil, from their Collections menu. Stardust is a tree-dried natural, displaying yellow stonefruits like apricot and plum as well as classic Cerrado terroir. The farms are at 1150masl (latitude ~18°S) . 'Daterra', in Italian meaning 'From the Earth' is founded heavily not just on producing specialty coffee, but on producing specialty coffee with environmental protection; they were the first coffee farm in Brazil to be Rainforest Alliance certified and constantly aim towards being a fully carbon negative farm by supplying all industrial areas of the farms with solar power, practicing regenerative agriculture, and utilizing their coffee trees to sequester carbon from the atmosphere.
