Hildaly’s first attempt at processing her Parainema as a natural resulted in a unique and complex cup. Growing up surrounded by coffee farming, she started her own coffee journey 11 years ago, and after facing coffee rust, she planted Parainema, a variety known for its resistance to diseases. Initially thought to be Pacamara, this variety was later identified as Parainema. This coffee is a true testament to Hildaly’s innovation and dedication to quality
