This Pacas lot was picked and processed by José Angel Lopez on his farm in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. Fermented as a traditional washed process using concrete tanks for 24hrs before being washed and dried. Roasted for filter. Fruity and comforting.

Amazing for espresso

This coffee as an espresso as well as a milk based drink was great. Minimal unpleasant aspects when compared to similar coffees pulled in the same way.

It takes patience to bring out the best result.

Luna Coffee is known for its fruitiness, and this one is no exception. However, it took me several trials to bring out the sophistication of this coffee. My recommendation would be 4:6 method with high water temperature and separate the "6" into 4 pours to gain maximum body. Then you'll get a magic cup of coffee. Aroma, taste, body, acidity. You have them all.
