This community blend is produced by eight members of the Guacharos group in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, including José Uribe Lasso, Viviana Realpe, Albeiro Calambas, Inés Perafán, Luz Dary Polo, Edilma Piedrahita, Nelson Rodríguez, and Beto Narváez. The field blend comprises various traditional varieties and is processed using a washed method involving whole cherry fermentation in woven bags and subsequent barrel fermentation. The result is a classic Huila profile with a buttery body, floral rose notes, and a hint of orange citrus, showcasing the collaborative efforts of the Guacharos community
