This lot, processed using a multi-stage fermentation inspired by the "TyOxidator" method, underwent a 42-hour whole cherry fermentation followed by 42 hours of pulped fermentation before washing and drying. The resulting cup is vibrant, offering notes of pink lemonade, dragonfruit, and jasmine, ideal for filter roast.
