Produced by Fincas Mierisch in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, this Ethiosar variety is processed using the traditional honey method. Grown at an altitude of 1230 meters on Finca La Escondida, the coffee combines the genetic diversity of Sudan Rume and Sarchimore with a refined Villa Sarchi heritage. The result is a cup with bright notes of lingonberry and red dragonfruit, balanced by a rich cocoa finish, suitable for both filter and espresso roasts

A superb anytime coffee
