Grown at an altitude of 1230 meters on Finca La Escondida, the coffee combines the genetic diversity of Sudan Rume and Sarchimore with a refined Villa Sarchi heritage. The result is a cup with bright notes of lingonberry and red dragonfruit, balanced by a rich cocoa finish, suitable for both filter and espresso roasts
