Manhattan - Mahwit Shami (125g)

It is a fairly rare occasion that Manhattan brings on a coffee from Yemen. This Yellow Yemenia from Mahwit Shami was too fun not to share! Coming from Wadi Mahyad in Yemen, this coffee is grown at very high altitudes, 2300 masl. The coffee is harvested and brought to the Qima station where it is processed as a natural on traditional African beds and left to dry from anywhere between 15-25 days. Expect a round coffee with notes of dried apricot, raisins, and dates! Also only available as a filter roast for a limited time!
