Everyday Drinker

Currently, I am sipping on an iced coffee done with the Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle. I have made three pots in the last few days using my Chemex and I just want to brew more. The coffee feels like it is on the lighter side. There are no overwhelming flavors that come through more than others. It seems nicely balanced and to be simple, it's a lovely everyday drinker.
