Monogram - Decaf Proyecto Berruecos

Proyecto Berruecos unites 32 small producers from the Arboleda, Berruecos, and San Lorenzo regions in Nariño, Colombia, under the guidance of celebrated producer Francy Castillo. This collaborative effort focuses on enhancing coffee quality through support, technical guidance, and access to specialty markets. The coffee undergoes a meticulous sugar cane decaffeination process, preserving its natural flavors. In the cup, it presents delightful notes of red apple, brown sugar, and orange, offering a smooth and balanced profile that reflects the dedication and expertise of all involved
