Tasting Notes: Marmalade, Pineapple, Grape

Produced by Natalia Brito at Fazenda Jaguara in Brazil's Campo das Vertentes region, this Yellow Bourbon coffee undergoes a 90-hour anaerobic natural fermentation process. The result is a wild and exotic cup profile with rich, complex flavors, featuring notes of marmalade, pineapple, and grape. The farm, established in 2001 by agronomist Antonio Wander and later managed by his son André Luiz and Natalia, has been recognized for its innovative and sustainable practices, including a fifth-place finish in the 2019 Cup of Excellence with a score of 90.47 points
