Tasting Notes: Dried Cherry, Raw Honey, Papaya

Aponte Village Honey is a macro-lot from Nariño, Colombia, produced by 18 smallholder farmers within the indigenous Inga community. Processed using the Honey method, the coffee is partially dried before depulping, creating a vibrant and complex profile with layers of dried cherry, raw honey, and tropical papaya. Grown at 2,100 meters in the Juanambú canyon, the unique microclimate and careful processing ensure a consistently high-quality cup year after year.
