Lower in acidity and high in sugar browning, it reacts well with fats in dairy or tastes smooth and sweet on its own. Onyx looks for coffees that can handle higher heat during caramelization, extending roast times to increase body and reduce acidity. Expect delightful notes of Cocoa, Dates, and a thick creamy texture.
