Let it cool a bit

Initially I was also struggling to dial in the flavors purported on the bag. After a few rounds on my V60 I think I've figured this one out. It does have a tea smoothness and I do get subtle notes of blueberry. However when allowed to cool some in the cup, it really opens up and becomes vibrant. Is almost like two coffees in one. I dig it.

A nice cup but I expected a little more

It’s a nice cup of coffee but I’m struggling to hit the notes listed on the bag. I’ve been using the 4:6 v60 method and finding the notes quite muted. I’ll keep trying…
