We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.
For our U.S. customers: Please note that as of May 2025, recent trade policy changes may affect your order. The U.S. has introduced increased tariffs—up to 145%—on goods imported from China, which impacts many of the products we carry. In addition, the de minimis exemption has been removed for shipments under $800 from China and Hong Kong, meaning these low-value imports are now fully subject to customs duties.
This coffee, under the Colectivo label, comes from the Monkaaba collective in San Augustin, Colombia, led by Esnaider Ortega-Gomez. The collective helps producers like Jose Burbano access the specialty market and provides educational support to improve quality and profitability. Jose, who has been working with coffee since the age of 12, grows this Pink Bourbon variety at 1800 meters. The coffee is carefully processed, sorted, depulped, fermented, and slowly dried on raised beds for 21 to 29 days. Its delicate profile and medium roast make it ideal for both espresso and filter brewing. This collaboration is made possible through Pista’s partnership with Semilla Coffee
