Pista - Decaf - Colectivo

This decaffeinated coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia, overseen by Esnaider Ortega from the Monkaaba collective. It’s a blend of coffee from 10 local producers, including José Burbano. The beans are decaffeinated using the ethyl-acetate method, which preserves their fruity, mild, and sweet character. Grown at 1950 meters, it includes Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo varieties. After careful hand sorting and processing, it’s dried slowly on a parabolic dryer for optimal quality. Pista, in collaboration with Semilla Coffee, is proud to offer this batch
