COF-PT-0010The Genji Challa returns for its third consecutive year, sourced from the Telila washing station in Kecho Anderacha, Jimma, Ethiopia. Despite being a relatively young station, Telila stands out for its quality control and innovation, with batches separated by Kebele to ensure exceptional traceability. Managed by Mike Mamo, Telila’s meticulous processing includes sorting cherries, partial depulping, and fermentation for 24-36 hours. The result is a coffee with a delicate, slightly acidic profile that shines in both espresso and filter preparations, showcasing the excellence of Ethiopian coffees
